2026 - 2027 Wyoming County Testing Transparency

Wyoming County Schools is committed to transparency and open communication with families regarding student assessments and academic progress. As part of our Title I program, we believe parents and guardians are essential partners in supporting student success. Families are provided information about required state and local assessments, including the purpose of each assessment, the subject areas measured, how results are used to improve instruction, and how parents can access their child’s performance data. Assessment results are reviewed to identify student strengths, determine areas of need, guide instructional decisions, and provide appropriate academic supports and interventions. In accordance with federal requirements under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Title I schools ensure parents have access to meaningful information about testing practices, student achievement, and the strategies used to help all students meet challenging academic standards.
