Westside High School will be hosting their annual College Decision Day/Signing Day Event on Thursday, April 27th at 5:30 p.m. to celebrate the senior class of 2023 and students’ commitments to pursue some form of education and training beyond high school. College Decision Day event recognizes seniors who plan to pursue: a 2- or 4-year degree, a skill set certificate, a career or technical program, the military and apprenticeship. This is a very special event for seniors and their families. For questions about this event, please contact Mrs. Keisha Stewart, Senior Counselor at Westside High School.
We had a wonderful winter, with NO SNOW DAYS, so the last day for our students will be June 1st and staff may finish on June 5th. 😃☀️🕶️🍉⛱️

ATTENTION! On Tuesday, April 4th, 2023, all Wyoming County Schools will participate in a Mandatory Countywide Lockdown/Shelter in place drill.
The Lockdown/Shelter in place shall be held between 9-9:30am Tuesday morning.
It’s mandatory that all school personnel participate in the drill. THIS IS ONLY A DRILL!
The goal of the drill is preparedness to keep our students and staff safe under any circumstances. We love our children! We love our school employees! We pray this preparedness is never needed.♥️

Wyoming County Schools had a successful SAT School Day administration. Eleventh grade students at both Westside and Wyoming East High Schools participated in the assessment. Wyoming East had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Vaughn Rhudy of the WVDE Office of Assessment today as well.👏🏼
