Mrs. May’s First Graders at Glen Fork used vertical whiteboards today to solve word problems that they completed all on their own! Students had to read the problem, underline the information needed to solve the problem, create an equations, and solve the problem as a team! It was a great way to combine ELA and Math learning through collaboration! ➕📚💙🐯💙📚➕ #GFgreatnessfortomorrow #LoveMyWyCoSchool #LoveMyWVSchool #ShowcaseWyCoSchools

📊 Mrs. Lusk’s Applied Statistics classes took learning into their own hands this week! Students surveyed teachers with questions like “How many pets do you have?” and “How many times a week do you eat takeout?” 🐶🍔 They then organized the data into tables and graphs to make sense of the results — turning real-world curiosity into hands-on statistics! #BornToBattle #WarriorPride #AppliedStatistics #RealWorldLearning

🌿💚 Outdoor Learning at Its Best! 💚🌿 Mrs. Bauer, Ms. Cardwell, and Mrs. Saunders brought science to life with a hands-on biodiversity unit at Twin Falls State Park! Students explored local ecosystems, gathered research for papers on solving real-world ecological issues, and connected directly with nature. Special thanks to Tammy Cooper, legendary naturalists, and the amazing Twin Falls volunteers for leading three scenic hikes and the unforgettable Pollinator Ping Pong Palooza! 🐝🌸 Our Warriors hiked 3.5 miles, learned so much, and had an incredible time discovering how every piece of our environment matters. 🌎✨ #WarriorPride #BornToBattle #OutdoorLearning #Biodiversity #TwinFallsStatePark #HandsOnScience #WarriorNation
