In honor of 9/11, the Law and Public Safety program at the WCCTC changed and put new flags out and placed the flags at half-staff. They will assume the responsibilities of raising and lowering the flags as needed. 🇺🇸

This evening is the first home game of the year for the Westside Renegades! We will have a community tailgate celebration starting at 5:00 PM with 8 food truck vendors, music, and inflatables! This is a notification for parents of all newly enrolled preschool and kindergarten students, as well as all incoming first grade students and second grade students who had been considered at risk following last year’s screening. The West Virginia Department of Education Child Find Initiative requires that a screening be conducted to assess your child’s speech and language skills to ensure that their communication is within their developmental age level. Results of each screening will be sent home with your child, and if further evaluation is necessary you will be contacted by the speech language pathologist. If you do not wish to have your child’s speech screened, please contact the school to let them know that as soon as possible. It is our goal to ensure that every student in Wyoming County Schools receives the most effective educational experience.
