Open Enrollment at Westside High School will be Wednesday, August 16th from 8:30 AM- 2:30 PM. Please email Counselor Kim Queen, kqueen@k12.wv.us for an appointment. If you are unable to attend on the 16th please e-mail Mrs. Queen for a later appointment time.
Both the student and parent need to be present and the following documentation will be needed:
• Birth certficate
• Shot record
• Proof of address
• ID of individual enrolling student
• Custody papers that are applicable
• Recent transcript if available
