‼️ATTENTION ‼️ Wyoming County Schools would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!🥳 We are very excited to welcome everyone back to a new and exciting year.😃 Based around some CDC revisions in COVID protocols we wanted to share with you the most WVDE guidelines that include those changes. There was an erroneous message shared on Social Media, this information we are sharing is a collaborative effort between the WVDE and WV DHHR. ‼️Very important information for our students and families: These CDC revisions cause NO needed changes for practices and procedures at schools for our students and staff, on a daily basis. Just as we have previously operated, we will continue to communicate and notify families and students through contact tracing in collaboration with the WVDE approved guidelines! We are looking forward to a year full of hope, love, and learning!!❤️📚 Make 2022 YOUR year!!🎊👏🏼 #informWyCoSchools

Cody Whitt, a student in the Pre-Engineering Program at the Wyoming County Career and Technical Center is using Inventor CADD software and a micrometer to reverse engineer a part for his car that is no longer produced.  The plan is to take the digital prototype to a 3D printer until the required fit and tolerances are met through revisions.  The final model will then be 3D printed using high end liquid resin in a process known as stereolithography.👏🏼 #LoveMyWVSchool #ShowcaseWyCoSchools

Mullens Elementary would like to thank Communities In Schools Facilitator, Amber Blankenship, for all of her hard work this holiday season. Mrs. Blankenship knocked on many doors of generous donors in order to provide a great Christmas for students at MES and their siblings. Lots of planning and organization took place the entire month of December. Mrs. Blankenship accomplished many things this month including, holding a toy drive (Miracle on Moran), a wrapping party for parent volunteers, personal phone calls to many families in order to compile the perfect list for each individual child, shopping for students, and even delivering gifts to homes. Mrs. Blankenship has went above and beyond and we are happy to have her with us in support of our amazing students. “It isn’t how much we give, but how much love we put into giving” ❤️ #LoveMyWyCoSchool #RebelsRock
