The Town Council adopted a Resolution in Support of the Excess Levy Renewal which will be on the ballot on May 14, and has been passed by Wyoming County’s citizens since 1927, 97 years. Congratulations to Rian Osborne of Pineville Elementary School for being selected as the Wyoming County First Place Winner in the 2024 Kids Kick Opioids Contest! The theme for the contest is raising awareness about prescription opioid abuse. Rian’s, along with any other school entries received, were sent to the WV Attorney General’s office for state competition.👏🏼
