Students need to meet bus 202 at Corrine or Bottom of Tracy’s Mountain at 10:50.
This includes students from Wyco, Allen Junction, Stephenson, Amigo.
ATTENTION:
After School Extracurricular Activity buses will not run at all on Thursday evening.
School Principals have discretion regarding whether to continue with after school activities.

Due to weather concerns, the Wyoming County Board of Education Meeting originally scheduled at Westside High School on Thursday January 18, will now be held at the Board Office at 155 Park Street Pineville, WV, at 12:00 p.m.
Due to the forecast of dangerously low windchills and the likelihood of roads refreezing, all Wyoming County Schools will be closed for Wednesday, January 17. Stay safe and warm!

Ashley Baez, from IE, provided the hands-on support. All participants received materials to implement strategies in their classrooms. Instructional aides from Baileysville and Road Branch met today to learn about the science of reading and how to apply it in their daily routines. They learned new small group station ideas for the foundational skills of reading. Amy Mitchell provided resources to help them assist their teachers and students in using research-based strategies to increase student literacy. 🍎📚📖

Did you know that Levy Funds support classroom upgrades that will impact student learning? Wyoming County recently surprised Joanna Huffman with an announcement that she will be receiving a classroom update. Ms. Huffman is the Wyoming County Teacher of the Year. 🍎

Glen Fork 7th grade students utilized their Summary Mats to dig deeper into their lesson on Socrates. Students were able to debate their opinions on whether he was guilty or innocent using supporting fact they have learned through this unit.
