Upcoming Homecoming Parade Information:
In order to help with transportation issues, avoid traffic flow problems, and to allow our communities to participate in the upcoming homecoming parades, we will operate on the following schedule:
October 19- Wyoming East High Schools Homecoming parade. All feeder schools including: Wyoming East (Pineville Middle, Pineville Elementary, Herndon Consolidated, Mullens Elementary, Mullens Middle, and Glen Fork) will be released 3 HOURS EARLY.💚🖤

PreK - 2nd grade teachers and aides met to discuss how to use the digital resources for Secret Stories to instruct students with strategies based in the Science of Readjng. They practiced activities for phonological awareness, phonemic awareness, and phonics. It was a fun evening of learning and collaboration.🤫📚

Attention! Due to a water related issue at Mullens Elementary School, MES students will be dismissed at 3:00 today, Thursday, October 12, 2023. The students will ride the high school bus. This applies to Mullens Elementary School only.
Mr Addison Frame and Mrs Vanessa Kinser visited the pumpkin patch at the Okes Family Farms with students and their families. Everyone had an awesome time and came home with a pumpkin to decorate. Thank you to the kind folks at Okes Family Farms for making our day! ❤️
Glen Fork 7th and 8th grade students would like to thank Mrs. Jeanie Bower for coming by to speak to them about her job as a Respiratory Therapist. Counselor Cody Frye introduced Tucker the Turtle to Addison Frame’s elementary class to help students learn strategies to work through big feelings. Tools like Tucker the Turtle help even very young children explore their feelings and practice self regulation skills. ❤️
